Fearzine Magazine Issue #2 – Now available on Kickstarter!

Fearzine Magazine, a physical and digital magazine focused on horror games, nostalgia, and titles from indie studios and developers, launched its Kickstarter campaign on 1st October 2024 to fund its highly anticipated second issue. Following the successful funding of the debut issue in May 2024, which was backed by 56 supporters, Fearzine is returning for round two, eager to deliver more thrilling content to its audience of horror gaming enthusiasts.

With the support of the Kickstarter community, Fearzine Magazine (located in Houston, Texas) aims to raise funds to print and ship the second issue, ensure all contributing writers are paid for their efforts, and set the stage for future issues.  The second issue features NIGHTMARE OPERATOR as its cover game, with an exclusive preview and interview. Fearzine can’t wait to share what they’ve learned about this stylish third-person action horror shooter.

This issue also marks a significant transition in leadership. Fearzine’s original creators have passed the reins to Dan Morris, who steps in as the new Editor-in-Chief. With nearly a decade of experience in gaming journalism, including work with Couch Soup, Reload Magazine, Debug Magazine, and the Screen Smash podcast, Dan brings a fresh vision to the magazine. Under his guidance, the magazine is evolving with an all-new look and meticulously designed pages that are sure to captivate horror fans and immerse them in the genre’s darkest corners.
