When pre-ordering one of our new products, magazine or book issues, no money is taken until they are ready to be created, or published.  Once our initial stock has arrived at our office distribution point we will; quality check the stock, then dispatch your order and notify you by email.

On a new product, such as a new magazine issue, we will take pre-orders initially to get an idea of quantities required.  We will always ensure that a subscriber of a printed product has stock reserved first.  Pre-ordering a magazine can often go out of stock fairly quickly after it becomes available, even though we will always print a batch of additional copies until the demand for a printed issue reduces below a certain threshold.

When one of our printed products goes out of stock, there may be an opportunity to back-order until a number of orders have been met.  This ensures that we can print the product in the lowest amount possible and still keep the same price point.
